About the position
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our global People team. This role will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting multi-cultural teams, and driving key initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor: Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy, support team structure and workforce planning.
- Talent Partner: Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning to build high-performing teams.
- Culture & Engagement Champion: Cultivate an inclusive and engaging work environment that reflects our values and supports employee well-being.
- Employee Relations Expert: Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy while ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Operational Enabler: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement scalable and efficient HR practices.
- Global Connector: Adapt global HR strategies to local contexts; collaborate with other HRBPs to ensure alignment and cultural relevance across regions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global SaaS or tech company
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters across multiple geographies
- Highly independent, motivated, and resourceful with a strong hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company culture
- MBTI or other psychometric certification – an advantage
